1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "465bet", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the internationally operated entity behind the 465bet platform at 465bet.im.
• "Platform" — refers to the 465bet website, mobile site, and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other wagering product offered.
• "User", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the 465bet Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Funds" — refers to real-money balances deposited by the User and held in their Account.
• "Bonus" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive offered by 465bet subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Transaction" — refers to any deposit, withdrawal, or bet placement made through the Platform.
• "BDT" or "৳" — refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency used on the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 465bet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 465bet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. Any bets placed or transactions conducted through your Account prior to your notification will be deemed valid and binding.

465bet uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform pages and transactions. However, no digital security system is entirely impenetrable, and 465bet cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data in all circumstances. You accept this inherent risk as part of using any online service.

All bets placed on the 465bet Platform are subject to these Terms and to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant betting market or game lobby. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that particular event or game.

Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet slip reference number issued, the bet is final and cannot be amended, reversed, or cancelled by the User except where 465bet has published a specific cash-out or bet-edit facility for that market and that facility is currently active.

465bet reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds that were materially incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human input error. Where a bet is voided, the original stake amount will be returned to the User's Account. 465bet is under no obligation to honour winnings arising from clearly erroneous odds.

In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of 465bet's trading team, including but not limited to suspensions during significant match events such as wickets, penalties, red cards, or other material developments. Bets cannot be placed while a market is suspended.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 465bet are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each offer at the time of release. General bonus terms are set out below.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by the individual Account holder to whom the offer is directed. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement and qualifying games will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active in an Account at any given time unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
• 465bet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn before it has been fully wagered, any remaining bonus balance will be removed from the Account and any wagering progress may be forfeited.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, hedging bets across accounts, or employing wagering patterns that 465bet determines to be inconsistent with normal recreational play — will result in voiding of all bonus-derived winnings and may result in account closure.
• Bonus funds do not constitute real-money credit until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

7. Responsible Gaming

465bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its products and services. The Platform provides the following tools to assist Users in managing their gambling activity, accessible directly from within the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and may only be decreased immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a specified period of play has elapsed.
• Reality Check Notifications: Pop-up notifications displayed at regular intervals during an active session reminding the User of time spent and net activity during that session.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period. Accounts under self-exclusion will not receive promotional communications from 465bet.
• Account Closure: Users may close their Account permanently at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the User's registered payment method after identity verification.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 465bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all bets and bonuses, and permanent account closure without refund of any bonus-related balances:

• Registering more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or in any subsequent identity verification process.
• Using software, algorithms, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software glitches, or mispublished odds for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement intended to influence the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Sharing or selling access to your Account, or allowing any other person to use your Account credentials.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 465bet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data feeds, odds compilations, and design elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of 465bet or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational wagering purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 465bet. Unauthorised commercial use of any Platform content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 465bet shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures.

465bet does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for loss of access resulting from scheduled or emergency maintenance, network failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, government action, or telecommunication infrastructure failure.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 465bet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose or its compliance with any specific legal requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.

11. Privacy and Data

465bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. A full copy of the Privacy Policy is available at 465bet.im/privacy-policy.

465bet may share User data with third-party service providers — including payment processors, identity verification services, fraud prevention agencies, and game providers — strictly where necessary to deliver the Platform's services. 465bet does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

465bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 465bet will provide reasonable notice by publishing an updated version of these Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Users via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 465bet is incorporated and operated as an international entity. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact 465bet's support team to seek an informal resolution.

465bet endeavours to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body. The language of all arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear their own costs unless the arbitration award specifies otherwise.
